A Hillsboro man is one of three suspects arrested by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office in connection to a carjacking case that left one man dead.
Hillsboro resident Cristian Russell, 22, was arrested Nov. 5 by the Clark County Sheriff’s Office as a suspect in an Oct. 26 homicide, according to a press release from the department.
Investigators believe Russell and two others — 24-year-old Beaverton resident Tyreese Hammer and 23-year-old Scappoose resident Lucy Montoya — attempted to steal a Dodge Challenger Hellcat from an apartment complex located at 9413 N.E. 19th Ave. in Vancouver, Washington, according to the release…
