DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Officials are investigating a possible arson which caused approximately $12k in damage early Thursday morning.
According to the Dayton Fire Department, crews went to the 700 block of Xenia Avenue a reported structure fire at approximately 3 a.m.
The fire was in a two-story building, Ray’s Drive Thru. Officials said crews controlled the fire and completed searches. Thankfully, no injuries were reported at the scene.
The initial investigation found the fire was incendiary in nature. Crews were on scene for approximately four hours. A 911 caller said he saw smoke coming from the building. Another said he saw the fire while driving past…
