BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (NBC 15) — Residents in Baldwin County are expressing frustration after a garbage truck leaked hydraulic oil on White Osprey Drive, leaving the street stained and damaged.

David Shuman, a resident of the Perdido Bay Oaks Two neighborhood, described the situation.
