Rochester, N.Y. (WHAM) — With open enrollment beginning soon, some Rochester Regional Health employees said they were blindsided by huge spikes in health insurance premiums for the upcoming year.
Two physicians who wanted to remain anonymous spoke to 13WHAM about the changes and the concerns they’re presenting.
