A new rock festival is set to take root in Napa Valley’s northernmost town, with Calistoga officials approving a multi-year deal to bring live music back to the city’s long-dormant fairgrounds.
The City Council voted this week to partner with Ripe Productions, a local firm led by first-time event producers Gary Himelfarb and Seth Cripe, to stage a multi-day festival beginning next fall.
