After more than a year in the works, coffee enthusiasts can now have a sip of coffee at the Stockton Miracle Mile’s newest coffee shop — Poppy Coffee.
Poppy Coffee is now open at the Miracle Mile, 2001 Pacific Ave., in Stockton. The cafe celebrated its grand opening from Oct. 8 to Oct. 10. The cafe soft-opened in late September.
“Poppy Coffee is a proudly women-owned coffee shop built on community, connection, and quality. We serve ethically sourced coffee from our friends at Chocolate Fish in Sacramento, Ca. Every cup is brewed with purpose, passion, and a touch of empowerment,” Poppy Coffee states on its printed menu. “Owner and Stockton native, Paige Woodward, has been working in the coffee industry for over 15 years and her passion for the craft shows in every cup.
