TOLEDO, Ohio (WTVG) – A Toledo man was arrested on Nov. 6 for allegedly throwing a brick at someone’s car and at the windows of their house on Nov. 5.
According to court records, Jordan Carter was arrested on Nov. 6 for criminal damaging. At the time of his arrest, Carter also had a warrant for swatting.
The warrant for swatting alleges that on Oct. 29, Carter used a business owner’s cell phone to call 911 and said there was a man inside with a book bag, saying he “was going to blow it up with a switch in his hand.” Carter was not at the scene, nor was a man with an explosive device…
