A restaurant in Ostrich Towne has suddenly closed, and employees of Avestruz Tapas and Tequilas said they were left with little notice and no pay.
The restaurant has a sign on the door reading that a brand-new Italian dining concept will be coming to the location, and thanking the previous chefs for their work. The sign said the new restaurant will open in early 2026…
