Clarendon man dead after Tuesday rollover crash on US 287

ARMSTRONG COUNTY, Texas (KAMR/KCIT) – The Texas Department of Public Safety released information on a fatal Tuesday rollover wreck in Armstrong County that killed one man from Clarendon.

Texas DPS said that just after 4:20 p.m. on Tuesday, 47-year-old Christopher Brown of Clarendon was driving eastbound in a 2016 Dodge Ram 1500 on US 287 and CR 30, near the Donley County line. Officials said Brown “failed to drive in a single lane” and left the roadway, where the pickup truck then struck a utility pole before rolling over.
