Four years after at least a dozen women accused David Henzie-Skogen of sexual misconduct and grooming, the former Madison-area musician and drum corps instructor is back in the public eye.
He’s currently on an international tour with Youngblood Brass Band, a group that had previously cut ties with him. And according to new reporting from Tone Madison, Henzie-Skogen has started a new career in sex addiction treatment and recovery.
