SPRINGFIELD, Mo. (KY3) – The Greene County prosecutor charged a third person wanted in connection with the death of a man found abandoned in a ditch.
Christopher Key, 51, faces a charge of abandonment of a corpse in the death of David Costlow on October 26. Paul Sartin faces a second-degree murder charge in the case. Shannon Phillips, 45, also faces a charge of abandonment of a corpse in the case.
