Suspect shot by officers at Portland gas station released from hospital, booked into jail

PORTLAND, Ore. (KPTV) – A man who was shot by officers at a Portland gas station in September has been booked into jail after spending nearly two months in the hospital.

Bryan Velasco-Ruelas, 30, was booked Thursday into the Multnomah County jail for four counts of first-degree attempted murder, five counts of unlawful use of a weapon, three counts of reckless endangerment, and three counts of menacing.
