A 47-year-old transient man is facing five felonies after allegedly using a knife to attack or threaten people at the Baily Fishing Pond at Fuji Park in south Carson City on Thursday, according to a Carson City Sheriff’s Office arrest report.
Benjamin Cole was arrested shortly before 1 p.m. Thursday and charged with battery with a deadly weapon against an elderly person, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, preventing a witness from calling 911 and a probation violation, according to the report.
