3 suspects arrested in connection to Phoenix shooting that left teen dead

PHOENIX — Three suspects have been arrested in connection with a shooting that left a Phoenix teen dead, the city’s police department said.

Phoenix police said the suspects are all teenagers and were arrested for a shooting that took place on Oct. 2 near 37th and La Salle streets. The suspects are facing murder charges in adult court.

16-year-old Trey Bomelyn was one of three teens shot during the incident in October. Bomelyn was critically injured and died at the hospital from his injuries. The two other teens injured sustained non-life-threatening injuries…
