Oregon State Police is asking for the public’s help to identify those responsible for killing two deer on private property in rural Polk County late last month.
The incident occurred on Oct. 24 when a landowner heard three gunshots on his property located off Burbank Road and Gage Road, which is in the southern section of the county west of Kings Valley Highway.
When the landowner investigated, he found an older white Dodge or Chrysler Town and Country-style minivan parked on the county road adjacent to his property with both driver and passenger doors open, OSP reported. No one was seen near the vehicle, which was later spotted driving east on Burbank Road toward Highway 223…
