Anchorage performers take on climate crisis through art

ANCHORAGE, Alaska (KTUU) – Across the world, actors, writers, and everyone involved in the performing arts are gathering, bringing awareness to climate change through their art. Here in Anchorage, a small group will be performing through November to bring awareness to our changing climate.

“We are presenting ‘Laughing All the Way to the Brink’, which is a take on laughing all the way to the bank, and the idea that the economies of the world have taken us to the brink of climate disaster, and they don’t seem to be stopping,” director Jack Dalton explained.

While the cornerstone of the performances and the stories being told have a focus on climate change, it’s not exclusively about the issue…
