EASTON, Pa. — A popular spot for burgers, hot dogs and other tasty eats is making a comeback in downtown Easton, and while the game plan remains the same, there’s a new name behind the operation.
Palmer Township native Jack Wallaesa has officially taken over the beloved Rod’s Dogs stand and is ready to pitch some crowd favorites as the business reopens in the coming weeks, according to a news release.
Rod’s Dogs held its last day of service under original owners Mike and Rebecca Pichetto on Sept. 28.
Wallaesa plans to maintain Rod’s Dogs’ winning formula by serving up the same favorites – including fresh burgers, hot dogs, fries and milkshakes – that Easton has come to know and love…
