BRIGHTON, Ala. (WBRC) – Brighton city leaders are working to address illegal dumping sites across the city after discovering trash being left in their area.
Councilor Lester Milligan said he was investigating illegal dumping reports on Wednesday afternoon when he discovered a new pile of trash.
