WASHINGTON — When UPS Flight 2976 crashed in Louisville Tuesday night, killing at least 13 people, including all three crew members, the heartache was all too familiar to some in the UPS community.
“I can tell you exactly where I was for Flight 6, Flight 1354, now Flight 2976,” said Brian Gaudet, public affairs director for the Independent Pilots Association (IPA). “It’s burned into your memory and burned into your heart.”
