HIXSON, Tenn. — A driver facing charges that he caused a school bus crash in Hixson Wednesday morning passed another vehicle “for fun” right before the crash, according to an arrest report.
The school bus was carrying about 40 students when the red Honda Civic driven by Ethan Vela collided with it on Middle Valley Road, according to the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.
No students were hurt. A white Honda Accord was also involved in the crash and its driver was transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries…
