FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — You probably only associate ambulance services with an emergency and metrics like response and transportation time, but Three Rivers Ambulance Authority (TRAA) is changing that perception.
“It really shifts us from being reactive, where we send an ambulance to provide care, to more proactive,” said Joel Benz, TRAA CEO. “Preventative care, actually helping patients never have to call us.”
