JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (WCJB) – Thousands of veterans are lacing up their running shoes for the Carry Forward 5K in Jacksonville to benefit The Wounded Warrior Project and the services the non-profit provides.
For Newberry Marine Corps veteran Brian Sellers, those benefits were life-changing.
“I went to yell incoming, and I couldn’t talk. I put my hand up to my throat and I just felt blood rushing down my neck,” Sellers recalled…
