DANDRIDGE — A Newport attorney is facing a public intoxication charge in Dandridge according to an affidavit of complaint.
According to legal documents, Charlotte Ann Leibrock, 46, arrived at the Cocke County Jail Annex, which is currently being housed in the Jefferson County Jail Workhouse, to meet with a client just before 1 p.m. on Sunday.
