On Saturday, November 8, 2025, several bus routes in Louisville will be detoured for the annual Veterans Day Parade. The affected routes are #2, #4, #6, #10, #31, #40, #43, #71, and #72. Detours will last from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and will affect both northbound and southbound travel in downtown Louisville.
For Route #2, stops between 5th Street & Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Market Street will not be served in either direction. Passengers should use stops at 5th & Muhammad Ali or 5th & Market. For Route #4, northbound buses will miss stops between 5th Street & Muhammad Ali and Market Street. Southbound buses will miss stops on 6th Street between Jefferson and Muhammad Ali.
Route #6 will not serve stops on 5th Street from Chestnut to Market and from Market to Liberty northbound. Southbound, it will skip 6th Street from Jefferson to Muhammad Ali Boulevard. Riders can use stops at 5th & Chestnut, 6th & Muhammad Ali, 6th & Market, or 6th & Broadway…
