Police: Man Made Violent Threats Against Employee at Downtown State College Business

An Allegheny County man was arrested after making violent threats that made an employee of a downtown State College business fear for her life on Thursday afternoon, according to borough police.

Keenan J. Kimbrough, 32, is accused of threatening to rape, beat and kill the woman during a 20-minute interaction at an East College Avenue store.

The woman told police that she became uncomfortable when Kimbrough entered the store and began flirting with her. After she told him she had a boyfriend, Kimbrough said he would “rip out [her] organs” and made multiple other graphic and sexually violent threats, according to an affidavit of probable cause…
