The Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office has issued an urgent plea to the public for assistance in locating an at-risk missing person, Jimmy Xiao Guan. The 46-year-old man was last observed in the vicinity of Calvine Road and Elk Grove Florin Road in South Sacramento at approximately 11:20 AM on the morning prior.
Mr. Guan is described as being 5’9” in height and weighing about 190 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. During his last appearance, he was wearing a white shirt, blue sweatpants, and black shoes. As per the Sheriff’s Office, Guan is considered at-risk due to a medical condition, details of which have not been fully disclosed to maintain privacy.
