MLC Land Holdings Inc. acquired the property with plans to redevelop it for residential use. CBRE National Office Partners’ Anthony DeLorenzo, along with Greg Sullivan, Sammy Cemo and Bryan Johnson, represented the seller, Manny Khoshbin, with the Khoshbin Company.
