PINEY POINT, Md. — A North Carolina man was arrested after an assault late Friday, Nov. 7, 2025, in the area of St. George’s Avenue in Piney Point, which left one man with serious head and facial injuries.
Deputies and EMS were called at about 11:40 p.m. to the scene, where they found a man believed to be about 50 years old suffering from significant trauma. The victim reportedly had no recollection of what happened.
EMS requested a medevac for transport to a trauma center. Firefighters established a landing zone at Piney Point Elementary School on Piney Point Road, and Maryland State Police Trooper 7 flew the patient to a regional hospital for treatment…
