KAPLAN, La. (NEWS 15) — Two people are dead and three others are hospitalized after a head-on collision in Kaplan, according to Louisiana State Police.
Troopers identified the people killed in the crash as Julien Lawrence Jr., 65, and Alexis Jackson, 41, both of Kaplan.
