BALTIMORE, Md. (WBFF) — The owner of a nightclub in Downtown Baltimore is grappling with an inexplicable water bill that exceeds the cost of a new car.
John Howard, the owner, was shocked to receive a water and sewage bill totaling $46,176 this month, a stark contrast to his usual $500 to $600 charges. The city claimed Howard’s business used nearly two million gallons of water in less than a month.
