Police search for gunman in fatal shooting of boy, 16, in Brooklyn

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD released images Friday of a suspect in the fatal shooting of a 16-year-old boy in Brooklyn last weekend.

The young victim, Tyson Harps, of the Bronx, was shot and killed on Eastern Parkway, near Rochester Avenue, in Crown Heights on Saturday night.

He was standing in front of an apartment building at 8:45 p.m. when a male shooter approached and fired multiple shots at him, police said.

The suspect is 5 feet, 9 inches tall and was last seen wearing a gray hoodie, black jacket, gray sweatpants and black sneakers, the NYPD said. Photo credit NYPD
