CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (WVIR) – For 71-year-old John Kelch of Ruckersville, one final dental appointment marked the end of a long road — and the beginning of something new.
Kelch, a U.S. Army and Navy Veteran, served nearly two decades in uniform. Years later, a truck accident knocked out most of his front teeth — changing how he ate, talked, and connected with others.
