CINCINNATI (Cincinnati Business Courier) – An out-of-state firm has inked a $165 million industrial portfolio acquisition that includes a Greater Cincinnati facility occupied by GE Aerospace, one considered a critical node in the global repair network of the world’s largest engine maker.
The property is a 69,000-square-foot industrial building at 2775 Ted Bushelman Blvd. in Florence.
