CINCINNATI (WKRC) – Cincinnati’s winter festivities are set to dazzle crowds as the Fountain District expands its holiday offerings.
This year, the UC Health Ice Rink, which is presented by Fifth Third Bank, will relocate from Fountain Square to the newly developed Elm Street Plaza, enhancing the winter experience with more skating space and upgraded amenities.
Elm Street Plaza, a two-and-a-half-acre outdoor venue, will officially open on November 21, featuring a dog park, public art, and a Pavilion Bar. The rink will then remain open through February, offering guests rentals and cozy features like igloos and firepits.
Additionally, Fountain Square will continue to be a festive hub in Cincinnati, anchored by the Duke Energy Tree and a new light installation, CVG’s Fountain of Lights. The square will also introduce “Winterhaus,” an oversized tent offering daily programming and a space for co-working and dining…
