The body of South Carolina college student Owen Tillman Kenney has been found.
Authorities responded to a report of a “body in the water near Patriots Point” at about 8:45 a.m. local time on Saturday, Nov. 8, the Charleston Police Department (CPD) said in a news release.
Police added that the Charleston County Coroner’s Office “confirmed” that the body belonged to the 19-year-old.
