Update: Wilson County Sheriff’s Office confirms one person has died and two others are in critical condition.
In a statement, the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office said the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB) will take over the investigation into the cause of the crash.
“Our hearts go out to everyone affected by this tragic incident, and we ask the community to continue keeping all involved in your thoughts and prayers,” the Sheriff’s Office said.
