Amarillo man who refused to serve prison sentence extradited from New Jersey

AMARILLO, Texas (KFDA) – A man who went to extraordinary lengths to fight his conviction has been brought from New Jersey to Potter County to serve his sentence.

In 2020, Edward David James was charged with assault on a family member by impeding breath or circulation.
