WASHINGTON (DC News Now) — A man was arrested Friday for allegedly assaulting and robbing another man in Northeast D.C., according to the Metropolitan Police Department (MPD).
According to police, 38-year-old Eddie Lucas was charged with robbery (force and violence).

Police said on Nov. 1 at 3:30 p.m., Lucas approached a man from behind in the 2400 block of Market Street, NE. During the encounter, Lucas assaulted the man and took his cellphone.
