‘A little different’: Food truck selling Detroit-style pizza to expand with restaurant

A Treasure Valley food truck opened eight months ago. Now it’s expanding to its first brick-and-mortar location in Meridian.

Boise Crust first rolled out its offering of Detroit-style pizza in February, and owner Kirk Gothard said the family-owned food truck quickly reached capacity. According to Boise Crust’s website, the truck can make approximately 120 pizzas a day.
