RAPID CITY, S.D. (KOTA) – A South Dakota State Penitentiary inmate has died after being found unresponsive in his cell.
Travis Long Fox (33) was discovered unresponsive at the state prison in Sioux Falls on November 4th. He was taken to a local hospital, where he died three days later.
