BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A woman accused of vandalizing the U.S. flag at the entrance to Hart Park is seeking mental health diversion, according to court records.
Crystal Aguilar has a hearing scheduled Dec. 4 to determine her eligibility for the diversion program.
If she’s allowed into and successfully completes the program — and stays out of trouble — the case would be dismissed…
