The North Carolina Marine Fisheries Commission will meet on November 19 and 20, 2025, at the Holiday Inn Resort Lumina in Wrightsville Beach. The meeting is open to the public and will be livestreamed on YouTube. Sessions begin at 1 p.m. on Wednesday and 9 a.m. on Thursday. Public comment periods are scheduled for 6 p.m. on November 19 and 9 a.m. on November 20.
People who want to speak during the comment sessions must sign up at the hotel before the comment period starts. Each speaker will have three minutes and may speak at only one session. Those providing handouts should bring at least 12 copies. Written comments can be submitted online, by mail, or at the Division of Marine Fisheries’ Morehead City office. The deadline for written comments is 4 p.m. on November 17.
