Four people suspected of theft are in custody, while two others remain at large after a traffic stop in The Heights area, the Houston Police Department said. They added that a baby was left inside the vehicle.

HPD stated that the incident occurred on East 4th Street, near Heights Boulevard, just before 7 p.m. on Friday.
