A mix of rain and snow will be coming through South Dakota overnight. Mostly, the rainfall will be mixed with limited amounts of snow, under an inch. But evening forecast models have strengthened the system as it comes through Sioux Falls and SE KELOLAND overnight through Saturday morning. Now it looks like the area will be getting an inch or two, with isolated areas getting up to 4″. A winter weather advisory has been issued for Sioux Falls and areas mainly to the southeast through noon on Saturday.
