Hundreds of free scavres will be scattered around Stark County and beyond in Northeast Ohio to help those in need stay warm during Ohio’s coldest months.
The Scarf Project, founded by Toni Kaltenbaugh, will mark its 10th year with a distribution Nov. 14 in multiple Ohio counties.
