CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. — At least one injury is confirmed after witnesses say a shootout happened at a Bojangles in Chattanooga on Sunday evening.
Police scanner activity indicated that a person had been shot on Highway 58.
Several calls about heavy police presence at the Highway 58 Bojangles prompted us to reach out to Chattanooga Police.
They told us one person has been shot, with non-life threatening injuries…
