The Poetry Society of Western Michigan University will be hosting an open mic food fundraiser in collaboration with Loaves & Fishes Nov. 14 in Brown Hall room 3025 from noon to 1 p.m.
Loaves & Fishes was founded in 1982 and is Kalamazoo County’s primary food assistance provider. The event hosted by the Poetry Society aims to support the local Kalamazoo community during a time where food resources are scarce.
