PROVIDENCE, R.I. (WJAR) — New video obtained by NBC 10 News sheds more light on what happened both before and after a pickup truck crashed through a fence and slammed into a Providence home on Thursday night.
The video appears to show the suspect, Richard Carlino, on the ground for several minutes before getting into a red pickup truck parked on Avon Street. The video shows the suspect get back inside the truck before it hits a home on Buffalo Court.
Police said one of the homeowners was inside at the time. She was not hurt, however the home and a parked car sustained damage in the crash…
