When it comes to pizza, everybody has their favorites. Do you like thin crust or deep dish? Meat or veggie? Specialty pizzas or just plain old pepperoni? Extra sauce or extra cheese? Whatever type of pizza you prefer, there’s an Iowa restaurant that serves it.

I’d like to shout out a couple of pizza places that didn’t make the list, as well! Tomaso’s in Cedar Rapids is definitely one of my favorites, and one of the only places that does a great Detroit deep-dish (even though it’s not square). It tastes like home!
And, I recently tried the pizza from a restaurant in Central City that I had never had before, and it was so, so good! I had the Garlic Chicken Pizza from BIT Brewery and I absolutely loved it.
