Winnebago girls, Dixon and Rockford Christian boys come up big at State XC

ROCKFORD, Ill. (WTVO/WQRF) — The Winnebago girls and the Dixon boys cross country teams won IHSA state championships Saturday in Peoria while the Rockford Christian boys took third place.The Bago girls won the 1A title. It’s the 14th state championship in the history of Winnebago girls cross country. The Dixon boys’ won the 2A championship.
